These prices are as a basic guide only. Prices will vary for each unique work depending on the complexity, medium and size of the piece, and whether the photographs are provided by you or taken by me on a personal visit.
I will be able to provide you with an accurate quote when the subject, composition, medium and size have been decided upon. MEDIUMS & SIZES
I can offer paintings in either oils or acrylics. Both offer a fairly similar finish, though personally I prefer to work in oils as I feel they give me greater scope for detail. However commissions in acrylics work out slightly cheaper as they take less time than oils.
There a variety of sizes available for paintings, on either a flat canvas board (easily framed) or a stretched canvas on a wooden frame. Stretched canvases come in either shallow or deep edged. Shallow edged canvases may be framed, whereas deep edge are generally hung 'as is'.

A deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of work.
If I am taking photographs on a personal visit, the deposit will be payable along with travel costs in full at this time. If we have not yet reached a final decision on any aspects of your commission, I will suggest a suitable amount for a deposit.
The outstanding balance will be payable on completion/approval of the final work. When the balance is paid I will arrange delivery of your unique commission.
