I teach fiddle and piano to both groups and individuals. I teach traditional music on both instruments, classical piano and beginner's classical violin. I can also teach a variety of other instruments - such as guitar, concertina, and whistle - to beginners. Lessons in music theory are also available.
I have over seven years' teaching experience, and have taught at festivals and music schools worldwide, as well as extensively throughout Ireland. I have taught several musicians through to All-Ireland level, and have also worked with Ceili Bands and Grupa Ceoils.
Currently, I am based near Kircubbin on the Ards Peninsula in County Down. Regular lessons are held in the area, and masterclasses or workshops are available nationwide.
